How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at your store email with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
